Real-Time Costing and Contract Management
Separate analysis of actual invoice values & certified application values viewed on screen together with provisional costs such as purchase orders, unmatched deliveries and unpaid timesheets are recorded to gain a clear ‘snapshot’ of a contract’s true performance.

Financial and contract ‘Control Room’ feature aimed at managers and directors allowing interrogation of evolution™ data right down to transaction level from a single start point.

  • Contract Management

With user defined structures. Links to other modules for the issue of stock, costing payroll, allocation of miscellaneous expenses, internal valuations, income. Contract management and cost analysis with multiple selection criteria, detailed search fields in any combination for yours/their references, dates, cost headings, alternative costs, supplier and product free entered descriptions.

  • Sales Applications

Generation prior to certification, with the ability to define and change Contract Terms, certification, credit applications and retention’s, together with complete status report per client/Contract showing due dates.

  • Service & Maintenance

Full Works Order Management system including asset management, call logging, appointments, issuing of work tickets and link directly to schedule of rates for invoicing, invoice production and integration with stock management and purchasing ordering functions.

  • Sub-contractor 

Applications with application and certification, with option to pre-set contract terms per job for automatic calculation of retention, discount, VAT and payment plus Contra Accounting facility with multiple choice of status of sub-contractors creditors schedule.

  • Contractors Payroll

Fully integrated Payroll conforming to the latest government & industry legislation including all CIS PAYE, NI, SSP, SMP tables, SSP Diary, GMB rates pension schemes and all year end P14/P35, P60 returns automatically generated.

  • Purchase Ordering

Choice of quantity / price / supplier, order generation criteria. Together with automatic allocation of provisional costs in the contract / cost ledger, matching of orders / deliveries / invoices with order, and for order status reporting. Handles stock orders as well as orders for specific contracts. Also features a powerful Price-Book

  • Report Writer

Evolution™ has built-in easy to use Open Data Base Connectivity (ODBC). Data Dictionary Interface to Microsoft Access for easy to use Report Generator, with facilities to embed other Windows applications such as Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word etc. giving attractive on screen and printed reports/forms. Fully security protected.
